· 主要以珊瑚礁宏观生态学为主攻研究方向,基于珊瑚礁宏观生态调查对珊瑚、底栖海藻群落的分类和分布进行生物地理学研究,并结合环境因子分析、珊瑚和海藻的竞争行为学研究、以及珊瑚和海藻共生微生物组成研究,来探索南海珊瑚礁的生态现状、驱动因素、未来演变方向、以及底栖海藻的生态影响。
